If you are enrolling for the 3 or 4 year old Pre-Kindergarten program please scroll down to the bottom of this application AFTER you have entered all of your students' information. Students MUST be potty trained before the start of school.

Pre-Kindergarten Program Selection

Please check the boxes for your preference of Pre-Kindergarten classes. Students may enroll in the full day program for less than 5 days per week at a prorated rate. Please email Ascension's Director of Enrollment, Marketing, and Fundraising at [email protected] if you have interest in prorated days. Schedules are set upon registration and acceptance. They will only be ammended if space is available. Students MUST be potty trained before the start of school.
