Welcome! If you are interested in being considered for enrollment at Ascension School, click the link below to fill out our online application. At this step, you will also be asked for:
- $25 application fee
- Official birth certificate
- Baptismal certificate (if applicable)
- Report card and standardized test report (for a transfer student of Grade 1-8)
- Prospective transfer students into grades 1-8 will be contacted to schedule a shadow day.
